Consulting services are provided by David E. Sanchez. David graduated from Temple University - Philadelphia, PA in 1991 as a Civil Engineer. David has worked in the construction industry for approximately 20 years, and has served as a construction consultant for over 10 years. His experience as a consultant includes projects ranging in size from approximately $200,000 to $50,000,000 USD, and includes multi-family, affordable housing, tax credit, retail, commercial, tenant build-out, capital improvement, and medical projects, among others. David has personally worked with many national and local lending and financial institutions, and prides himself in providing quality work with integrity for his clients.

Apart from his engineering degree and years of experience in the construction industry, David has obtained a Florida roofing license, has recently passed the Florida building contractor licensure exam, and receives continuing education in the industry. David is fluent in both English and Spanish and is available for travel within the United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
